All prices are BASE prices. Price may vary based on the level of complexity of client's request.

COMMISSIONS ARE NOT FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. Please fill out the form I post when I announce commission openings.

There is an extra fee for rush commissions.

For illustrations, both styles, +50% per each additional character. I currently do not do animations for more than one character.

Due to the Tempura Tickets/Loyalty Card, I do not do batch commissions.

Single colored background designs or transparent backgrounds are free.

Please give me 1-2 months to finish the piece once I begin the sketch. If my slots are full, I will place you on the waiting list.

Commissions are not done on a first come, first serve basis. I reserve the right to reject a commission application.

Rush fees: 25% of the total price. Commercial fees range anywhere from 50%-100% of the total price depending on exclusivity of usage (this will be discussed beforehand).

I will begin work after receiving full payment. For animation work, payment process can be negotiated through installments before every step (concept, storyboard, rough cut etc.)

After approval of flat color, only minimal changes that do not affect major parts of the commission can be made. Further revisions will be charged 80%. If I make a mistake in a character's design, I will offer to fix it, free of charge.

For illustrations, maximum of 3 revisions per stage (sketch, line, flat color).

Finished art commissions will be sent via email or Discord in high resolution (.png format). I can also send .jpg if requested. I will not send other formats. Final file will include a small watermark. Zip files will be sent to those who require it.

Do not rush me. If I do not send updates, it is because none or little progress has been made. Work in progress updates will be sent regularly or if requested by commissioner.

I own all rights to my art, including but not limited to: reproduction, distribution, display, self-promotion etc.

I do not take credit or ownership of characters and designs featured in commissions.

I have the right to refuse a commission for personal reasons.

Social media displays (posts, profile pictures, covers etc.) of my art are allowed only with credit to "Rem Jie" or a link to my public profile "@remblobs."

Commissions are for personal use only (such as personal prints/wallpapers, icons, gifts etc.) Please do not profit off my art or use it for NFTs/cryptocurrency.

Commissioners are not allowed to remove watermarks/signatures, trace, edit, or claim any drafts or progress drawings as their own.

If you are not the commissioner please do not repost or use the art as it is unfair to the person who paid for it.

Violation of any of these rights can result in a ban from commissioning me, or worse, a lawsuit.

I accept payment through Venmo, PayPal, Zelle, check, or cash.

Refund policy: If I am unable to finish the commission, I will give a full refund and take back all rights to the unfinished commission. This means you cannot use/alter any drafts or progress photos under any circumstance.

If I have not finished a commission after a two month period, you can ask for a 90% refund of the original total price if I have already started the line phase. You can receive 100% refund if I am in the sketch phase.

NO refund requests after the delivery of the final product.
